What are Creative Story Crates?

Creative Story Crates are created to help children to engage in multi-sensory learning experiences through play and exploration with hands-on intentional learning experiences. 

Each Story Crate is centered around a book to promote literacy and the love for reading. 

Nothing replaces a loved one's lap and a great story, but we know days can be busy, and reading a book on repeat is hard for busy seasons of life. Because of this, each book has a link to hear the story read aloud by a KidZone Preschool & Childcare staff member via YouTube. 

Description

Our Creative Story Crates will arrive in a plastic rectangular container with a lid that snaps shut for easy transportation from room to room or on the go. Storage is simple with our slim premade kits. 

Each kit features up to 15 compartments filled with items related directly to the story. As children hear the story read, they will be able to hold items directly in their hands, allowing the story to jump off the page and invite them to learn through play.

Children can use all items within the crate in multiple ways. Engaging in learning through their imagination is the best form of engagement for children.

New crates will be released monthly. Each crate will be theme related to the month, season, or holiday. 

We do customize kits for birthdays, special gifts, or just because. If you have a special book your little one loves, contact us. We would love to make a kit just for your little one.
